Our copyrighted headpiece is designed with ultimate comfort for the horse in mind. The new petite headpiece has all the same principles of our standard style but a slimmer, neater cut for the more petite shaped head. Perfect if your finer stamp of the horse or if you are looking for an anatomical headpiece without the bulkier poll area. The area over the poll is still wider than the average straight headpiece and disperses pressure over a larger area. It is supremely cut away from the ears so that the ears can move freely in any direction and has a curved shape around the ears giving even more clearance. The innovative browband padding relieves the head of any irritation pressure or rubbing from the browband and takes pressure away from the face and the sensitive TMJ nerve.
 
The headpiece is designed to be snaffle to double convertible with the addition of a headslip and extra set of cheekpieces, simply put the headslip through the two neat straps on top of the headpiece and attach the throatlash, leaving the main straps for the cheekpieces and noseband. As all of the side straps are the same width you can adjust which fixing is situated on which strap suits your horses needs.

COMFORT LOW PROFILE GRACKLE
 
The shield shape of the grackle has given extra strength to the centrepiece, wider across the top to allow the nostrils to flare fully for maximum performance and tapered towards the nose following the anatomical shape of the horses head. The padded low profile shape of this grackle helps to eliminate potential rubs over the cheekbone as it is positioned under the cheekbone. The noseband fastens with a double buckle pad under the jaw and a double buckle strap under the chin. This comfort grackle like any Mexican grackles helps with evasion through opening the mouth and crossing of the jaw. English leather with padded buckle guards, silver finishings and buckles either side for a perfect fit.
